Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney. Delivery is overnight by Express Post to metropolitan areas, or 3 – 5 days to rural areas.

It is not available from X-Beam Australia Pty Ltd on products purchased through a retail outlet. You must call 1300 882 622 or email service@powerballs.com.au during this period to get an RA number. The item must be returned in full working order, in original packaging and with no damage to the box or it's contents. If this procedure is adhered to, your money will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

** The 2 year guarantee runs from one day after shipping, or date of invoice if purchased through a retailer. The guarantee covers Powerballs that are faulty from normal wear and tear. It does not cover Powerballs that have been dropped, oiled, cleaned incorrectly or used for purposes other than those described in the manual or on this website.
