and holds a potential addictiveness that is underestimated…
I ordered two and already a co-worker has borrowed one
for the weekend – I hope I get it back. Here is
a suggestion for improving the instructions. Tying a small
knot in one end of the cord helps prevent it accidentally
disappearing inside the Powerball caused by inexperienced
people who let it happen (which can lead to extreme confusion!).
In addition, since I’ve been training every day
3-4 times for 10 minutes, I can feel considerable improvement
